The Golden Rule tells us to “do unto others as we would have them do unto us.” Interpersonal communication works even better when we operate using the Platinum Rule: “Do unto others as they would have you do unto them.” This three-hour workshop uses the DiSC Behavioral Styles Profile to identify the characteristics that make us who we are.
At the end of the session, participants will be able to:
- Identify their own and others’ behavioral preferences
- Speak the preferred “language” of others to motivate and influence
- Reduce stress and conflict that often arises from being unaware of differences
- Enhance team effectiveness and productivity
