Simple! We meet on the phone once a week and discuss YOU and your goals and challenges. Within this collaborative relationship, we create “Shifts” in your perception of yourself and your situations. Although there is a training element to our work together, it is not just about learning more. Learning is good; experiencing a Shift is better. A Shift will transform your ability and willingness to actually do the things that will double or triple your effectiveness like marketing yourself or your business with actions that seemed impossible before.
Making a significant change in yourself and how you manage life can be hard old patterns are especially persistent! Working together we will examine the key questions - what do you REALLY want - and what is keeping you from getting it? We will create strategies that build new patterns and that build your confidence and competence in your business, your relationships, and your life in general.
 
One-on-one coaching supports new insights and your ability to Ask Bigger of yourself, of others, and of your life situation. Most people find that a 3-month to 6-month commitment to their own success makes a terrific impact.
Coaching is delivered in one 30-minute telephone coaching session per week for 3 weeks a month. You bring your agenda to the call; together we determine the amount of stretch and accountability that will get you the results you want. This is a time of unconditional support and complete focus on you, your goals, and your dreams.
 
Group coaching is a way to supports the integration of new skills and provides a place for participants to leverage their learning through the experiences of peers.
The group becomes a “Power Team” coming from a similar background or industry or focused on a specific area of development sales, communication, management are typical subjects that bring a group together.
Power Teams meet for 12-16 sessions.
Each group of 4-8 people meets for one hour, twice per month via telephone conference call. Participants bring specific issues around their experience and challenges. The coach’s role is to bring clarity, new skills/ideas, and the motivation to go farther than you could on your own. Another benefit of the group experience is that common themes can be worked on together through discussion and role play.
