Brief Professional Bio
As a Master Certified Life Coach, Diane Siegel helps clients to clarify mission and goals, to break through or remove barriers to success, and to create fulfillment and balance in all areas of life. Diane’s clients find in her a straightforward advocate, a knowledgeable resource, and a compassionate, trusted friend.
In her consulting role, she focuses on improving the performance of individuals and organizations through training and facilitation in the areas of leadership, management development, customer relations, sales skills, team building, performance management and evaluation, and interpersonal communication training.
Since 1984, Diane has worked with individuals and groups in a variety of industries including: computers, telecommunications, petroleum, hospital, and television. She has numerous certifications in training models and diagnostic tools including: DiSC and 360° Assessments, Situational Leadership, Seven Habits of Highly Effective People and several others. Diane is a Member of ICF, a Mentor Coach and senior teleclass leader for Coach University, and is a member of CoachVille.
One of her unusual tools shows up in both coaching and training. Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) is the foundation for workshops and presentations, which apply NLP technology to specific topics: Instant Rapport, Relationship Building, Language Power Tools, and Presentation Skills. “Have you ever felt ‘stuck’? NLP brings about a quick shift in perception that allows behavioral changes to follow easily.“ Diane co-authored the workshop for optimizing employee performance: “Inciting Excellence: Coaching Skills for Leaders.”
